No one is immune... and while it's not strictly digital, the rant is on. With rising economic pressure in the international arena I'm just waiting for a Murdoch tabloid to bring out the "Redundancy count" and for Kochie to give us a Channel 7 Sunday night special... "What you need to know to save your job." It is the nature of the beast - we trade money, food, products, ideas, people and jobs.
So what do we do? We need to call on our leaders to instill inspiration in us. Inspiration to achieve something greater. Pull us out of this milleniums depression by our boot straps.
Can you imagine the investment, the national pride, our raison d'etre... when we stare at the stars in amazement, reading the latest posts from the first Astronaut to twitter from Mars. Now that's a mandate!
